About The Role: The Junior Financial Analyst will collaborate with partners across LINQ to ensure we make efficient, data-driven decisions. You will play a key role in supporting financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes that drive strategic initiatives and operational excellence, with a strong focus on expense management. This position is responsible for developing accurate expense forecasts, analyzing cost trends, and providing actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and enhance financial performance. What You'll Be Doing: Supporting the FP&A team in preparing monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and variance analyses for overall expenses. Assisting with financial modeling to evaluate business performance, investment opportunities, and cost optimization initiatives. Preparing and maintaining management reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to leadership. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather data, validate assumptions, and ensure accuracy in reporting. Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency through automation and best practices. What We Are Looking For: Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or similar analytical role (internship experience welcome). Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and familiarity with financial modeling and reporting tools. Experience with Power BI or Power query is preferred but not required Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Curious, coachable, and eager to learn, with a strong drive to improve processes and create efficiency.
