Job Summary Job Description DUTIES: Contribute to a team responsible for leading the reporting and data management functions across Comcast Business Operations; design, develop, and manage a portfolio of operational and strategic reports; extract, collate, and transform data from disparate systems for reporting and analytics use; apply knowledge and experience with data analytics, visualization platform, and data mining tools to perform quantitative analysis; design visually interactive and actionable dashboards using Tableau and Power BI; use SQL to develop complex queries across multiple databases; fine-tune SQL queries for optimal performance; perform coding and programming, and transform data using VBA and Python; run data automation using Airflow, Spark, and Shell Scripts; utilize Power Designer to model data; establish data governance quality controls and standards; develop Process Mining pilot models; develop machine learning, deep learning, and large learning artificial intelligence models (LLMs); perform project management; design and maintain database structures using MS SQL Server; design data models and architecture; act as a project lead for data product projects; act as a technical lead on advanced analytics tools and techniques, including Pareto and regression analysis, Statistical Process Control (SPC), data mining, and predictive analytics; present team results that can be easily consumed and acted upon; contribute to multiple projects / workflows, ensuring progress visibility to stakeholders; serve as the subject matter expert on the data stored in the databases maintained and/or consumed by the BI & Analytics team; support the larger team in reporting and analytics functions; assess data availability, technique, and tool usage to best satisfy needs based on stakeholder change or enhancement requests; and interact and collaborate with cross-functional groups across Comcast Business, IT, finance, and product development to design best possible solutions. Position is eligible for 100% remote work.
