This role is pivotal in developing and executing sales strategies that deepen penetration within existing accounts and aggressively acquiring new customers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Business & Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a regional sales plan to achieve and exceed sales and profit targets. Responsible for annual budget planning, sales forecasting, and maintaining a dynamic pipeline of growth opportunities. Technical Sales & Customer Engagement: Serve as the lead technical sales contact for assigned strategic accounts, understanding their engineering, comfort, and safety requirements. Provide expert product training and technical support to both field sales representatives and customers. Act as the voice of the customer to internal teams, including Engineering and Product Management, to inform future product development. Support the efforts of Business and Product Development in executing go-to-market strategies for new seating products. New Business Development: Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new customer acquisition targets within the commercial vehicle industry. Build and leverage relationships with key decision-makers, including District and Regional Parts Managers, Fleet Operators, and OEMs. Develop and implement targeted marketing plans and promotions for the region and specific prospects. Team Leadership & Management: Provide direct supervision, coaching, and mentorship to a team of direct employees and independent sales representatives.
