Pros of working at Community Action Partnership Huntsville/Madison & Limestone Counties

There are no PROS's to working for an organization that is so dysfunctional. I suggest looking somewhere else.

Cons of working at Community Action Partnership Huntsville/Madison & Limestone Counties

All kinds of Cons... Starts at the top and filters down through all of the certain "Click Members" Leadership is NIL and and destructive to a good working environment. The Executive Director is the biggest problem in the organization and until she is gone, there will be no changes. It certainly is not a question as to why there is such an issue getting or keeping employees at the agency. The board of directors is so blinded as to what is happening because she blocks all employees from even speaking to the board. The Executive Director is the only one that gets regular pay raises while others rarely ever get one and they get threatened with reduction in wages because the agency can't afford paying them, but they can her? The board of directors need to open their eyes as to what is going on before they will never get anyone to work at the agency to support the community.
