Richard Belden is the President and Chief Executive Officer at SourceAmerica and serves as the head of the executive leadership team. In this role, Belden works in collaboration with the entire SourceAmerica business leadership team to bolster the growth of meaningful and sustainable employment for people with disabilities across the United States. Prior to joining SourceAmerica in 2019 he held COO and CFO positions at the Medical Society of Virginia, Universal Service Administration Company, Micron Technology Virginia, and Dominion Semiconductor. Belden has been active in the health care industry for about 15 years, having served on the boards of community hospitals and regional health systems. He earned a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Angeline Siegel is an Anthrozoological Research & Development at Dr. Angeline Siegel and Chief Executive Officer at Catskill Animal Sanctuary and is based in Los Gatos, California. She has worked as Behavior Medicine Associate at Ryan Veterinary Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania; Founder & Principle at Human-Animal Wellness Consultantcy; and Adjunct Professor, Dept. of Humanistic and Clinical Psychology at Saybrook University. Angeline works or has worked as CEO & Founder at Dr. Angeline Siegel. She studied at Saybrook University between 2009 and 2011, Temple University, and Saybrook University between 2011 and 2015.
