Elias Sabo joined The Compass Group in 1998 as one of the founding partners. He is a member of the Investment Committee and, alongside Elias Offenberg, he plays a critical role in directing the company’s strategy. In addition, he is responsible for all of the business of the company’s West Coast office, as well as the Alternative Investment Vehicles. Elias Sabo has helped create a collegial work environment that bridges the geographic distance with clearly defined, achievable expectations tempered by responsibility and trust. Elias Sabo is currently a director and the Chairman of Fox Factory Holding Corp. (NASDAQ: FOXF), Advanced Circuits, Inc. and Tridien Medical. Elias Sabo also serves as a director for a number of other companies, including Arnold Magnetic Technologies Corporation, The Ergo Baby Carrier, Inc. and Liberty Safe and Security Products, Inc. Prior to The Compass Group, Elias Sabo was with CIBC Oppenheimer, Boundary Partners and Colony Capital. Elias is a graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Patrick Maciariello is a Chairman of the Board of Director at Manitoba Harvest, Partner at The Compass Group International, and Member of Board of Directors at Tridien Medical and is based in Laguna Hills, California. She has worked as consultant at Bain & Company and Consultant at Deutsche Bank Alex. Brown. Patrick studied at University of Notre Dame between 1994 and 1997 and Columbia Business School between 2000 and 2002.

Ryan Faulkingham is the chief financial officer at Compass Group a company that acquires controlling interests in and actively manages businesses operating in industries with long-term, macro-economic growth opportunities. He has also been an executive vice president and director of financial reporting of the same company. Starting his career at Arthur Anderson and later at KPMG, Faulkingham gathered his over 15 years of experience in finance and auditing as a vice president at Merrill Lynch & Co., and finance manager at WebMD Corporation.Faulkingham holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Lehigh University and an MBA from Fordham University.

Carrie Ryan is a General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, Corporate Secretary at COMPASS DIVERSIFIED HOLDINGS and is based in Westport, Connecticut. She works or has worked as General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, Corporate Secretary at Compass Group Management LLC and Compass Diversified Holdings (NYSE: CODI). Carrie attended Loyola University Chicago School of Law between 1994 and 1997 and American Civil Liberties Union between 1990 and 1993.
