**Job Summary**
**Summary:**
Accurately and promptly processes all Mail and Distribution Services items with highest level of customer service.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Receives, sorts, delivers, picks up and processes courier items, interoffice mail, magazines and all classes of United States Postal Services (USPS) mail.
+ Verifies and keeps records on incoming and outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipment.
+ Tracks courier and accountable items (FedEx, UPS, Certified Mail, etc.).
+ Properly package, mark, label & Process of all Non-Hazardous and Hazardous materials by using courier specific software (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.).
+ Researches and routes unidentified and generic mail.
+ Coordinates, stages, and transports bulk mail items.
+ Receives, logs, delivers and tracks messenger items.
+ Follows all processes established in the client standard operating procedures (SOP's).
+ Monitors packages for hazardous and suspicious materials.
+ Follows established customer inquiry processes and responds to customer needs and requests.
+ Maintains accurate records of customer inquiries and fulfillment of requests.
+ Performs other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications:**
+ High School diploma or equivalent.
+ Relevant prior customer service experience.
+ Preferred current Dangerous Goods shipping certificate (49 CFR & IATA).
+ Preferred working knowledge of Domestic and International shipping of Dangerous & Non-Dangerous Goods including country specific guidelines.
+ Preferred experience using shipping software required by common shipping carriers (UPS, DHL, FedEx. Etc.)

*Maintain a thorough, working knowledge of all casino and hotel products including but not limited to dry goods, paper products, gaming equipment, chemical supplies, and Food and Beverage specifications.
*Maintain the receiving docks and warehouses in an organized, clean, and safe condition in accordance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements.
Report any motor vehicle violations to management within 24 hours of the incident, if assigned driving responsibility.
Perform job duties in full compliance with departmental Internal Controls, policies, procedures, and regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. One year of inventory, warehouse, shipping, receiving, or related experience is required.
Office skills must include the ability to use standard office equipment and general computer knowledge. Experience with Red Rock and EPIC warehouse information and inventory systems preferred.
The ability to successfully achieve forklift certification.
Must have a valid, unexpired Wisconsin Driver's License.
Must have and maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
Must pass a DOT Physical Exam.
The ability to use basic math skills including adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, and counting using whole numbers and fractions.
The ability to maintain discretion in handling confidential information.
The ability to interact with guests and team members professionally.
The ability to work irregular hours and extended shifts including late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Provides services related to recording and filing of documents in either the Administrative or Judicial Building; prepares documents for microfilming or scanning according to procedures established; enters and verifies data into Computer System to create or update records, generate forms or reports from data.
Collects fees, fines, and court costs and issues receipts; interviews and underwrites terms for payment of fines and court costs; prepares and sends out collection notices; enters daily collection memos into database; monitors payment activity and post payments to database
Provides assistance and information to employees, managers, vendors, citizens, local businesses, and/or and other interested parties regarding assigned Court Records functions; serves as liaison between supervisors, vendors, and other departments in regards to department policies and activities. Explains policies and procedures.
Additional Functions
Performs other related duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED; supplemented by two (2) years of experience performing clerical and/or administrative support work in civil or criminal fields including at least one (1) year in a County Clerk's Office; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job.
