**Job Summary**
Monitors the food service operation to ensure production of top quality products and service.

The ProductionSupervisor manages and coordinates the activities of production personnel engaged in packaging beverage products for storage & shipment, including providing leadership, direction and facilitation on multiple high speed production lines.
Shift & Schedule: This position will support our Night Shift 6:00pm - 6:00am on a 2-2-3 Schedule with flexibility to work overtime, cover off shifts, and holidays is required as needed.

What you will do:
Direct and coach production operators in the execution of daily/weekly production schedules for multiple packaging lines.
Manage within labor and operating expense budget.
Coordinate beverages packaging ensuring safety, quality and productivity while minimizing waste.
Meet the productivity, quality, safety, health, environmental and morale goals established for the site.
Complete and update all necessary production paperwork and record.
Ensure equipment in the area assigned is in working order and that working conditions are safe at all times.
Review and analyze production records to identify opportunities for improvement.
Make recommendations for long term solutions, including recommendations for replacing equipment, refurbishing equipment, procedural changes, productivity improvement, material change, etc., related to the area of accountability.
Drive the continuous improvement agenda in area of responsibility through teamwork, skills and capability development.

About the Role
We're looking for a 2nd Shift ProductionSupervisor to lead our evening production team (M-F, 2:00 - 10:30 pm). This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be on the floor, supporting your team, driving performance, and helping us run safe, efficient, and high-quality production.
You'll play a key role in strengthening our Lean manufacturing mindset, improving communication, and creating a positive, accountable shift culture.
What You'll Do
Lead, motivate, and support production team members on 2nd shift
Communicate clearly with team members and leadership
Ensure food safety, quality, and SQF/GMP standards are followed
Drive daily production goals, yields, and efficiency
Identify and reduce downtime, waste, and rework
Support and participate in Lean manufacturing practices (standard work, 5S, continuous improvement)
Coach employees, provide feedback, and help develop future leaders
Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and 1st Shift leadership
Complete shift reports and ensure smooth shift and finished goods handoffs
What We're Looking For
2+ years of productionsupervisory experience, ideally in food manufacturing
Working knowledge or hands-on experience with Lean manufacturing strongly preferred
Experience in tortillas, bakeries, snacks, or high-volume food production a plus
Strong people-leadership skills - firm, fair, and supportive

The Food Service Manager is a management position responsible for developing and implementing dining solutions to meet customer needs and tastes. Oversees and manages dining operations where customers order prepared foods from a menu.
Job Responsibilities
Leadership

Follow the Operational Excellence fundamentals by meeting and maintaining food and labor initiatives
Ensure entire team is trained and able to implement
Supervise team regarding production, quality and control
Compliance
Maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients, customers and employees
Follow all applicable policies, rules and regulations, including but not limited to those relating to safety, health, wage and hour
Additional Responsibilities
Lead the front of the house of the dining operation (Cafeteria/ Residential Dining Facility) in conjunction with the Food Service Director
Plans, directs, and coordinates food service activities in order to deliver a finished product to the customer

Qualifications
Requires at least 1 year of experience
Requires at least 1 year of experience in a management role
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain effective client and customer rapport for mutually beneficial business relationships
Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service using Aramark's standard service model
Ability to maintain an effective working relationship with other departments to a unified food service experience for all customers
Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lb.
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.

Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures including accurate food safety and sanitation
Ensures security of company assets

Qualifications
Experience as a cook or in a related role required

Job Summary
Monitors the food service operation to ensure production of top quality products and service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
* Ensures that staff is on task, quality assurance standards are being met, and the operation is clean and organized.
* Monitors marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate.
* Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
* Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
