This position will primarily support the NORAM region to oversee and mitigate environmental risks for terrestrial network projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams, including network investments, construction and operational teams, legal, policy and communications. Environmental Compliance Program Manager (Network) Responsibilities:
1. Manage environmental due diligence activities for terrestrial network infrastructure projects, including Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, noise studies, air permitting, wetlands/water permitting, and biological and resource evaluations
2. Ensure obligations are carried forward by leading environmental compliance program efforts, from construction through operations, such as air permitting, biological and cultural resources, stormwater management, fuel management, emergency planning and community right-to-know (EPCRA), and spill prevention control and countermeasures (SPCC)
3. Scope, review findings, and provide clear direction to consultants and internal teams on environmental conditions and permitting, operational plans, compliance reports, and investigations
4. Prepare and submit reports and notifications to federal, state, and local government agencies
5. Develop metrics and tools to establish and track Key Performance Indicators for environmental compliance and best management practices
6. Develop and implement training and educational tools to support network teams in meeting regulatory obligations and permit requirements
7. Oversee site environmental incident investigations, including root cause investigation and corrective action

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLE**
This position will be supporting Hospital and Professional areas of billing compliance:
· Conducts audits and assessments to ensure compliance with BSWH policies and CMS and Texas Medicaid regulations, providing reports, recommendations, and corrective action follow-up. Monitors trends to identify deficiencies and training needs.
· Helps in reviewing reported compliance incidents and complaints applicable to BSWH policies and procedures or federal and state laws. May coordinate investigations through completion and appropriate reporting. Follows through to implement effective corrective actions.
· Manages and develops education and training materials as appropriate; ensures that lessons are completed in a timely way.
· Responds to inquiries and guidance requests utilizing applicable Medicare and Medicaid rules and regulations. Serves as a compliance resource to BSWH departments and entities on compliance matters.

Position Statement: The Illinois Emergency Management Agency and Office of Homeland Security (IEMA-OHS) is seeking an accounting expert that must be a Certified Public Accountant. They will be the lead in the coordination and reporting of the agency's Annual Comprehensive Financial Report ("ACFR"). They will review, correct, and make recommendations on the agency's internal accounting records to ensure agency compliance with GAAP and State accounting records. They will review, create, and make recommendations to internal controls over the agency's financial records. They will assist in the review and collection of records for GAAP and assist in responding to various audit requests. **Role Summary**
As an Audit Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring Datavant complies with regulations, policies, procedures, and contractual requirements by executing independent, objective assurance and consulting activities. This role is responsible for conducting audits, reporting results, identifying risks, and establishing compliance monitoring and auditing processes.
**Key Responsibilities**

**Qualifications**
+ Bachelors Degree

+ Knowledge of and skill in applying internal auditing principles and practices and risk assessment methodologies
+ Knowledge of the IIA's International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing and Code of Ethics developed by the Institute of Internal Auditors
+ Ability to plan and manage multiple projects and priorities
+ Good communication skills to work with internal stakeholders

Essential Functions
* Subject to management approval of the Department of Innovation & Technology (DoIT) Secretary, serves as the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) and policy-making official for the DoIT Compliance Program.
* Oversees the enterprise-wide compliance liaison team which liaises with agency clients on Agency compliance and audit matters and projects, including IT and cybersecurity, Administrative Regulatory, and Fiscal.
* Possesses executive level authority to manage compliance risks and conduct advanced risk assessments/testing.
* Serves as official agency spokesperson on behalf of the DoIT Secretary to all internal and external entities including all client agencies, private and federal officials regarding all compliance issues and policies.
* Serves as full-line supervisor.
* Manages and oversees comprehensive documentation, communication, and reporting for executive review and ensures the accurate and timely maintenance of compliance records, investigations, and resolutions for executive and regulatory review.
* Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above.
Minimum Qualifications
* Requires a bachelor's degree with courses in business management, public administration, financial accounting, or auditing.
* Requires prior experience equivalent to five (5) years of progressively responsible administrative experience in compliance, audit, legal, or regulatory roles within an Information Technology environment.
* Requires five (5) years of professional experience supervising or leading a team of professionals in a large public or business organization.
Preferred Qualifications
* Five (5) years of professional experience in developing, implementing, and overseeing compliance/audit programs and projects in a large public or private enterprise, including administrative, regulatory, fiscal, IT, and cybersecurity.
* Five (5) years of professional experience applying regulatory frameworks such as SOC 1, SOC 2, NIST, ISO/IEC 27001, and COBIT, with demonstrated experience in managing compliance audits and remediations in these areas.
* Five (5) years of experience managing and directing compliance teams, including leading cross-functional teams and liaisons in large-scale public or private sector organizations.
* Five (5) years of professional experience collaborating with and advising executive leadership to integrate compliance initiatives into strategic business operations.
* Five (5) years of professional experience interpreting and applying federal, state, and industry-specific regulations, such as those set by the Office of the Auditor General, to ensure full legal and regulatory compliance.
* Five (5) years of professional experience as a strategic advisor, providing high-level compliance guidance to senior leadership and influencing decision-making to align compliance efforts with organizational objectives.
* Five (5) years of professional experience performing risk assessments, developing control frameworks, and implementing mitigation strategies for compliance vulnerabilities in complex enterprise environments.

* Developed verbal and written communication skills to present technical information with precision and clarity.
