He oversaw all aspects of research and development including software engineering, product management, knowledge management including Pilgrim Education Center (PEC) and technical support.

Atulya hold the following degrees: Bachelors in Electrical Engineering from California Institute of Technology, and Masters in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University.
