William M. Lowe, Jr., Chief Executive Officer and Director, was named such in December 2018. Mr. Lowe joined the Corporation in July 2008 as its Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Lowe was previously the Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Unifi, Inc., a producer and processor of textured synthetic yarns from January 2004 to October 2007. Prior to holding that position, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Metaldyne, an automotive components manufacturer. He also held various financial management positions with ArvinMeritor, Inc., a premier global supplier of integrated automotive components. He received his B.S. degree in business administration with a major in accounting from Tri-State University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Ohio.

Mr. Timothy E. Brog serves as Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer of Peerless Systems Corp. He has been the Chairman of the Board of Directors since June 2008, Chief Executive Officer since August 2010 and a director of the Company since July 9, 2007. Mr. Brog was the Managing Director of Locksmith Capital Management LLC, the portfolio manager to Locksmith Value Opportunity Fund LP, from September 2007 to August 2010 and the Managing Director of E2 Investment Partners LLC, a special purpose vehicle to invest in Peerless, from March 2007 to July 2008. Mr. Brog was President of Pembridge Capital Management LLC, the portfolio manager of Pembridge Value Opportunity Fund LP, a deep value activist hedge fund, from June 2004 to September 2007. Mr. Brog was the Managing Director of The Edward Andrews Group Inc., a boutique investment bank from 1996 to 2007. From 1989 to 1995, Mr. Brog was a corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions associate of the law firm Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. Mr. Brog received a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law in 1989 and a B.A. from Tufts University in 1986. Mr. Brog is a Director of Eco-Bat Technologies Limited.

Gerald Paul was appointed Chief Executive Officer effective January 1, 2005. Paul has served as a Director of the Company since 1993, and has been President of the Company since March 1998. Paul also was Chief Operating Officer from 1996 to 2006. Paul previously was an Executive Vice President of the Company from 1996 to 1998, and President of Vishay Electronic Components, Europe from 1994 to 1996. Paul has been Managing Director of Vishay Electronic GmbH, a subsidiary of the Company, since 1991. Paul has been employed by Vishay and a predecessor company since 1978. Paul possesses extensive experience with the Company, has senior responsibilities for our overall business, and has been instrumental in promoting our strategic advances. His in-depth knowledge of our operations includes the integration of acquired companies and a proven understanding of the challenges facing the Company in all aspects of the business cycle.

Ravi Vig serves as President and CEO of Allegro MicroSystems. He joined Allegro in 1984 as an Analog Design Engineer and then as a Design Manager working on optical and magnetic sensor ICs, helping to launch the company’s magnetic sensor IC business. He went on to head the marketing effort for these innovative products, leading to his role as the Vice President of the Sensors Business Unit. He has since served as the Senior VP of Business Development, responsible for the Sensor and Power IC businesses, and Chief Operating Officer prior to being named President and CEO in 2016. Ravi earned his BSEE from Rutgers University, MSc from Dartmouth, his MBA from Southern New Hampshire University and has completed the Global Executive Leadership Program (GELP) at Yale University. Ravi currently serves on the Allegro MicroSystems, Inc. Board of Directors and holds over 60 U.S. Patents.
