Mr. Timothy E. Brog serves as Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer of Peerless Systems Corp. From 1989 to 1995, Mr. Brog was a corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions associate of the law firm Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. Mr. Brog received a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law in 1989 and a B.A. from Tufts University in 1986. Mr. Brog is a Director of Eco-Bat Technologies Limited.

Gerald Paul was appointed Chief Executive Officer effective January 1, 2005. Paul has served as a Director of the Company since 1993, and has been President of the Company since March 1998. Paul also was Chief Operating Officer from 1996 to 2006. He went on to head the marketing effort for these innovative products, leading to his role as the Vice President of the Sensors Business Unit. He has since served as the Senior VP of Business Development, responsible for the Sensor and Power IC businesses, and Chief Operating Officer prior to being named President and CEO in 2016. Ravi earned his BSEE from Rutgers University, MSc from Dartmouth, his MBA from Southern New Hampshire University and has completed the Global Executive Leadership Program (GELP) at Yale University. Ravi currently serves on the Allegro MicroSystems, Inc. Board of Directors and holds over 60 U.S. Patents.
