I'm getting a steady paycheck.

No raises, only way to increase pay is to change jobs. If you want Holiday pay or Paid Vacation, you have to renegotiate your pay so essentially you pay for your own vacation pay.

They are able to keep the money afloat and able to hide their salaries.

Pay employees what they are worth. Stop making employees pay for their own vacation and/or holidays.

People, our resources are incredible it is a very small company feel although it is a large presence we can get things done to satisfy customers like no other.
