Qualifications Required Education, Training or Experience Must be fully trained and able to perform the required job tasks in the assigned department. Minimum of 18 months of related experience is preferred. Supervisory Responsibilities Directly supervises approximately 15-20 employees in the respective department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include: interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. The regular schedule for this position is Monday through Thursday, 6am -4:30pm. Overtime hours vary, and are worked on Friday's.
