Promotional Events Game Day Internship Department: Promotional Events Location: Cincinnati, Ohio Reports To: Promotional Events Coordinator FLSA Status: Hourly, Non-Exempt Job Summary: Promotional Events Game Day Interns are responsible for the execution of various gameday assignments including, but not limited to: escorting guests and coordinating pregame on-field activations, loading in and out ballpark entertainment, selecting contestants for and executing in-game activities, as well as escorting mascots and assisting with fan giveaways and other special ceremonies and promotions. Interns also assist with several large-scale Reds non-gameday events throughout the season such as the Reds Community Fund Opening Day Block Party, Redlegs Run, Hall of Fame Events and more. Other responsibilities include assisting with the Reds Rover field-marketing program by providing fans with a fun and engaging atmosphere while promoting different team initiatives at various community events as well as assisting departments like Corporate Partnerships, Community Relations and more with some of their events and activations. Other opportunities may include serving as Reds liaisons during postgame concerts.
Employees are expected to follow all Cincinnati Reds policies and procedures, serve as positive role models, and manage their workload effectively. This includes demonstrating flexibility, prioritizing tasks efficiently, and meeting departmental productivity standards. Minimum Requirements:

General Gameday Assignments: Assist in the execution of game day duties including but not limited to: assisting with pregame and in-game ceremonies and promotions, assisting with the load-in and load-out of ballpark entertainment, escorting mascots and assisting Reds Authentics. Pregame activities include, but are not limited to: escorting ceremonies, first pitches, national anthem performers, honor guards, game ball deliveries, captains of the game and more. In-game activities include but are not limited to: “Play Ball” Kid, altafiber Hometown Hero, Skyline Chili Shuffle and Skyline Step Up to the Mic (additional sponsor related promotions will be added as the season approaches). Other tasks may include assisting with fan giveaways and prize redemptions, helping with special promotions, as well as additional escort duties when special guests are present. Assist Corporate Partnerships Fulfillment by keeping track of winners of promotions to create proof of performance packages and by providing assistance with Corporate Partnership events. Events include but are not limited to: Bark in the Park, batting practice viewings, Corporate Partnerships Golf Outing, Corporate Partnerships batting practices and games.

Reds Rover Program: Assist with the Reds Rover field-marketing program throughout the season at various events including, but not limited to: set-up and breakdown, handing out team information, promoting team initiatives and other promotional items, working with the team mascots and other Reds staff on an event-by-event basis, conducting field promotions and register-to-win contests and cooperating with Reds fans of all ages.

The Care Promoter 1 is an unlicensed medical professional cross-trained to perform routine administrative and clinical tasks to keep the medical centers running smoothly. The duties of Care Promoter 1 vary from setting to setting, depending on the size, location and type. In addition to administrative duties, Care Promoters perform clinical duties under direct physician supervision in accordance with state medical practice acts. The Care Promoter 1 is an integral member of a Physician-lead Care Team that is focused on providing excellent and comprehensive primary care for a specific population of patients.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Measures and records patient vital signs; records patient interview and medical history.
Catalogs and communicates patient needs to the PCP, Clinician, Specialist and/or other clinical personnel.
Prepares patients for examinations and performs routine screening tests; assists physician with exams; explains treatment procedures and physicians' instructions to patient.
Observes patients and reports any changes in patient conditions to the PCP, Clinician, Specialist and/or other clinical personnel.
Perform non-critical medical and therapeutic procedures based on medical instructions. Collects phlebotomy and other lab specimens; performs basic waived lab tests.
Prepares and administers medications; changes dressings, applies bandages, removes sutures and other first aid procedures; uses CPR skills when necessary, all under physician supervision.
Maintains supplies, equipment, stocks and sterilizes instruments; practices OSHA safety standards; performs accurate, legal, and ethical documentation at all times.
Processes patient phone messages, returning calls and routing them to other team members as appropriate; calls patients to obtain and relay pertinent information for the physician.
Upon physician approval and authorization, calls in prescriptions to the pharmacy. Uses communication skills with appropriate medical terminology; and follows appropriate legal and ethical professional conduct; authorized individuals will use the ChenMed Rx system to support physician medication dispensing.
Provides health coaching to a defined group of patients to support healthy lifestyle choices. Follows up with coached patients via weekly calls.
Performs other duties as assigned and modified at manager's discretion.
