Essential Job Function * Manages all administrative processes related to the CPE program, such as recruitment, accreditation assessment, and report filing. * Monitors and evaluates student progress through evaluations that are aligned to ACPE standards to ensure learning and growth. * Contributes to the development of curricula and teaching materials through reviewing student feedback on the content of the CPE program. * Ensures compliance with ACPE accreditation standards and regulatory requirements for pastoral education programs. * Collaborates with healthcare staff, interdisciplinary teams, and community partners to integrate spiritual care into patient care plans. * Performs other duties as assigned. Enters Epic Helpdesk tickets for issues the department needs assistance with. · Works with Epic Cupid team regarding changes made in Epic for Cardiology Dept. Attends Epic Cupid Workgroup meeting when possible. · Monitors the Epic worklist DAILY for both locations. · Investigates when reports are not complete and notifies physicians if studies need to be read. · Reviews teammates work daily to make sure charges are accurate and keep logs for missed charges. Initiate and maintain accreditation requirements. · Plans and conducts Cardiovascular Sonographer's meetings with Cardiologist, arriving early to ensure Conference room is unlocked, Webex is started, and equipment is set up to see Synapse screen for those attending in person and via Webex. Keeps record of attendance to meetings. Sends meeting minutes to teammates in a timely manner. · Monitors department to comply with TJC standards as well as attending and conducting departmental readiness rounds. · Initiates work orders as needed for department for ISD, engineering, Biomed, environmental services and follows up to make sure that work orders have been taken care of. · Aids department director/manager preparing for departmental budget requests by identifying needs and securing budgetary quotes and final quotes for such equipment. · Liaison for JCC Cardiovascular Sonography program and students that perform their clinicals here. · Orients new teammates on departmental policies, procedures, and expectations. Ensures teammates have appropriate access and training on equipment and related systems.
