The CES will be the front line point of contact to be responsible to own the customer experience. Position Requirements

**Job Description**
The Field Service Specialist I is an entry-to-intermediate level role responsible for supporting the installation, start-up, and commissioning of Copeland control systems in commercial refrigeration and building management environments. This role provides hands-on field exposure to retail refrigeration, controls hardware, and software configuration under the guidance of senior field specialists. + Perform basic on-site installation, start-up, and verification of Copeland Retail Solutions products and systems.
+ Terminate low-voltage control wiring and verify I/O connections.
+ Load and adjust control programs with support from higher-level specialists.
+ Provide basic troubleshooting support to ensure systems are operational and free of defects.
+ Review and interpret store prints and wiring diagrams with assistance.
+ Support new store commissioning and remodel commissioning activities and associated documentation.
+ Maintain accurate and timely completion of all documentation (FSRs, timesheets, expenses, etc.).
+ Provide basic training to contractors and site personnel on Copeland hardware/software.
**REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS** **:**
+ 1-3 years of experience in refrigeration, HVAC, or controls systems.
+ Associate's degree or equivalent technical training in HVAC/R, Electrical, or Mechanical disciplines.
+ Basic understanding of refrigeration systems, control logic, and building automation.

The Account Executive - Biogas is a hunter and rallies their peers to provide world class products and service across a group of high value, existing accounts. As the Account Executive- Biogas, you will:

+ Drive profitable growth by developing new business for Vilter gas compression products in assigned customer base and geography
+ Focus on developing new and existing accounts across North America with an emphasis on biogas digesters (wastewater, dairy, foodwaste), with others to be assigned as required

+ Drive specification of and preference for Vilter equipment by developing working level relationships with end-users, developers, biogas upgraders, system integrators, and other contractors

We are seeking a Part-time or Full-Time Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Maryland. The BCBA uses best practices and technologies within a community setting to assist youth with acquiring, retaining, improving and generalizing the behavioral, self-help, socialization, relational and communication skills needed to enhance relationships and increase independence and functioning. Targeted approaches will assist youth in regulating emotional and behavioral responses, developing meaningful relationships, and effectively understanding and expressing their needs to the best of their ability, which will aid in the successful transition to less intensive community services. The BCBA provides behavior support as part of a team that assists children and youth, adults, treatment teams, and their families through crises to success. The BCBA will provide support to multiple regions in the area.

Responsibilities
Implement behavioral support interventions and activities based on individual needs and ongoing assessment; frequency and duration may decrease or vary throughout the stay
Provide Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) - Functional Behavioral Assessment and development of a Behavioral Support Plan
Supervise RVT/Behavior Support Specialist staff as needed
Implement the individualized Behavior Support Plan
Provide Positive Behavioral Supports
Provide training and supervision to support staff providing ABA services
Provide direct supervision of the behavior technicians as required by Board Certification standards
Modify the Behavioral Support Plan based on frequent, systematic evaluation of direct observational data
Employees must cooperate with the licensee and department staff in any inspection, inquiry or investigation
Provide coordinated support with program staff and participate as part of the clinical team

Minimum Requirements
Master's Level Board Certified Behavioral Analyst

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. In accordance with Colorado EPEWA, the salary/pay range for this role is **$100,000-$120,000** **annually** , commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.

Commercial The Commercial Strategy Manager plays a critical role in driving strategic initiatives across Breakthru's commercial organization. This position provides robust project management support and thought partnership to key workstreams-including Commercial Strategy & Sales Excellence, Digital, Supplier Business Development, and National Accounts-ensuring alignment, progress, and high-quality execution.
The Manager also contributes to the development of Breakthru's multi-year commercial roadmap by collaborating with the Senior Director, Commercial Strategy and cross-functional teams to assess opportunities, conduct analysis, build presentations, and shape strategic recommendations that support sustainable, profitable growth.
The ideal candidate brings consulting experience, with the ability to apply structured problem solving, analytical rigor, and executive-ready communication skills in a dynamic environment.

This role follows a flexible hybrid schedule, with two days per week in the office and three days working from home. This role can be performed from any Breakthru Beverage Office Location.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Support the development and implementation of Breakthru's multi-year commercial roadmap:
Perform detailed quantitative (market analysis, consumer trends, etc.) and qualitative (case studies, surveys, etc.) analyses to support project work and recommendation development
Develop analytical approaches to transform information into thoughtful, actionable insights
Develop commercially viable solutions & recommendations to problems we are trying to solve
Build “executive ready” presentations for Executive Team and Board of Managers' to effectively communicate findings & strategy recommendations to Leadership & Ownership
Conduct on-going industry analyses to identify commercial opportunities for BBG (e.g., Route-to-Market, Portfolio, Customer, Consumer)
2. Support the coordination and execution of strategic commercial workstreams:
Support commercial leadership through project management and thought partnership on a variety of commercial workstreams including Trade Development, Analytics & Commercial Capabilities
Support selected workstreams through strategic analysis, presentation development and delivery of business case recommendations
Effectively manage stakeholders and timelines to ensure key deliverables are completed on time & at a high level
3. Support Supplier Business Development & National Account teams on critical projects
Lead RFP and Pitch Response (nationally and locally) from timeline & stakeholder management, analytics support and presentation building in partnership with SBD Team & Markets
Support the streamlining and enhancement of supplier facing communications (e.g.., Top to Tops, Supplier pitches and defenses, RFPs, etc.) to create efficiencies & increase consistency
Support the National Accounts organization on key strategic priorities
4. Strategic Analysis & Development:
Serve as internal consultant and business partner to BBG Commercial Organization & Leadership Team
Effectively respond to time-sensitive requests for ad-hoc analyses; translate business inquiries into actionable reports and presentations on behalf of Commercial Organization
Maintain an external mindset, including staying on top of consumer, competitive & macroeconomic trends that could impact BBG's business
5. Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder's supervisor, may also be required.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in related field and/or equivalent training and work experience
Minimum of 5 years of business experience
Proficient PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs including presentation software, Strong Emphasis on PowerPoint, and MS Excel
Ability to communicate effectively to various audiences & augment the messaging / content accordingly
Ability to access, organize and analyze complex data sets to identify thoughtful and actionable trends & insights
