Mr. Ronn Schuman, CEO for CTC, has an extensive background in healthcare business administration and executive strategic planning. He has served as Vice President of Business Development/Operations for Liberty Medical from 1997 to 1999, a $100M medical supply company, (PLMD) and was their Compliance Officer for two years. Mr. Schuman has owned and operated numerous medical equipment companies over the last 25+years. He is a registered and licensed respiratory clinician and has a bachelor's degree in business from the University of Phoenix, AZ.

Dr. Bob Arnot is a physician and international humanitarian figure with extensive experience in healthcare and news media.. Arnot is one of the most recognized figures in medical journalism. His broadcast career has included: Foreign correspondent and chief medical correspondent for NBC News (including Dateline, The Today Show and the NBC Nightly News), chief foreign correspondent and special foreign correspondent for MSNBC News. He was health correspondent for CBS News (including CBS Evening News, CBS This Morning and CBS Morning News). He has also been featured in national television specials on international health and humanitarian topics for Discovery Health, Discovery Military, PAX, the ABC Family Channel, BET, and FOX. Dr. William E. Carlson is a Board Certified Orthopaedic Surgeon who has been in practice of his specialty since 1986. Originally from the Chicago area, Dr. Carlson attended the University of Illinois where he received a Bachelor of Science in Biology, followed by his Medical Degree from St. Louis University School of Medicine, in St. Louis, Missouri. Dr. Carlson completed Orthopaedic Residency at Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. He began his career in the Minneapolis area, initially at Comprehensive Medical Care, a multi-specialty group with more than sixty-five physicians, becoming Partner and Board member prior to a corporate acquisition. Subsequently, Dr. Carlson established his first orthopaedic specialty practice serving the northwest region of Minneapolis.
