    Job Type: Full Time Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 The Superintendent is the first line of field direction for commercial construction projects and is responsible for directing all activities on the job site per company policy, the construction contract, drawings, specifications, and schedule. The Superintendent is responsible for all aspects of the job including: job completion goals, forecasting upcoming work, materials used on the job, subcontractor supervision, safety conditions, as well as tools and equipment used on the job, whether rented or owned by the company. This position will also be responsible that all paperwork needed by the office is sent in on time, and report any changing condition or related information about the job to the office. Duties Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project timelines. Utilize construction management software such as ProCore to track project progress and manage documentation. Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate implementation of designs. Conduct quality control inspections to maintain high standards throughout the construction process. Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and forecasting future costs. Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to facilitate smooth project execution. Utilize tools such as Bluebeam for project management and coordination among team members. Employ an ohmmeter for electrical testing as needed during the construction phase. Provide training and guidance to junior staff and laborers on site operations and safety practices. Experience Must have minimum 5 years commercial construction experience and a strong understanding of processes and protocols for successful oversight. Familiarity with quality control processes and budgeting practices within the construction industry. Proficient in using construction management software, such as ProCore and Bluebeam. Strong skills in blueprint reading and understanding technical specifications. Experience with electrical testing tools such as ohmmeters is a plus. OSHA10 is required.
