Qualifications Requirements Five years of experience managing crews and running multi-million-dollar commercial electrical projects. Ability to communicate effectively in English. Physical ability to perform duties requiring frequent medium-heavy physical effort. Ability to stand, walk, sit, climb, and perform other physical tasks. Be motivated to continue learning and growing professionally. Work in a safe and efficient manner. Proficiency in using tools and equipment related to electrical work, including hand tools,large pipe bending equipment, wire pulling machines, and earth-moving equipment. Working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC). Familiarity with most aspects of electrical work, including underground, rough-in, trim-out,systems, and general construction. Understand and apply all instructions and safety guidelines. Ability to work in various weather conditions. Commitment to quality expectations, and safety and compliance regulations.
