The Recovery Assistant Superintendent travels to residential homes to establish the scope of work and documents completed repairs for homeowner rehabilitation and reconstruction projects funded by HUD's Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) Program. All in an effort to minimize risk and to keep focus on LEMOINE's Foundations for Successful Execution.
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough residential inspections, including taking photographs, record scope notes, and complete checklists or other forms as required.
Inspect all interior and exterior areas of each home, including crawlspaces, attics, and roofs.
Knows the contract documents and acts as a resource to Subcontractors to answer questions or clarify contract documents.
Ensures completion of the full scope of work on time and under budget.
Knows and understands LEMOINE's LIFE Safe Work Practices.
Conducts inspections, as required by Project QA/QC plan, of work put in place using predetermined checklists and documents with photographs.
Assists Superintendent in the daily management of project site activities.
Assists Superintendent in tracking production rates or quantities.
Ensures efficient communication among project stakeholders.
Support effective communication between the superintendent and subcontractors by relaying updates and clarifying instructions.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.
3+ years of professional residential experience in a field supervisory role.
Experience in CDBG-DR programs is preferred.
Strong working knowledge of project planning and scheduling for construction trades (all disciplines).

Role Overview
The Project Construction Manager (PCM) is responsible for the Project Team for all activities assigned by MPWA-NGS to the Construction and Commissioning Department for any dedicated project. The Project Construction Manager supports the Project by representing the Construction & Commissioning team during Kick-off and Engineering project phases, and managing project Construction and Commissioning activities during execution, proactively addressing technical, schedule, administrative, and commercial matters with the assistance of the MPWA-NGS project team, coordinating with the EPC to ensure safe, timely completion and turnover to the Owner. Key Responsibilities
Ensure adherence to safety rules and regulations: Champion site safety programs and ensure that PARs/NCRs are actioned and implemented to maintain a safe working environment.

Ensure Punch List items are completed: Transfer responsibilities to the Warranty Program Manager.

Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university; a minimum of ten (10) years related experience and/or training in Gas or Steam Turbine EPC projects, downstream and upstream projects and/or major EPC industrial projects.
Certification/License: Thirty (30) hours of OSHA training/experience required.
Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.

Maintain excel spreadsheet with all jobs, in conjunction with PM's.
Create accurate estimates.
Good communication between customer, client (TPA's and/or adjusters) and other teammates at Servpro.
Create budgets for the PM's, after approval and moving forward.
Determine at initial site visit if customer is wanting any upgrades, so that after approval, the estimate/supplement and change order can be done quickly for customer and to keep the job moving toward production.
Must be organized and prioritize daily schedule and tasks. Take initiative on what needs to be done, with little supervision.
