Responsibilities:

What We Are Looking For
The Construction Laborer plays a vital hands-on role in supporting the build-out and maintenance of power generation facilities across Puerto Rico, reporting directly to the Site Supervisor within project-specific field teams. What You Will Do
Assist in the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up temporary structures.
Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to designated work areas.
Operate hand and power tools, such as shovels, hammers, drills, and saws, to support skilled trades.
Support concrete work by mixing, pouring, and finishing materials under the direction of supervisors.
Erect and dismantle scaffolding, bracing, and other temporary supports in compliance with safety standards.
Perform demolition tasks, including breaking up concrete, removing old structures, and disposing of waste properly.
Maintain a clean and organized job site by removing hazards and ensuring proper storage of materials.
