The Position: ISC Estimating group is currently seeking a Pre-Construction Estimating Specialist to join the Corporate Pre-Construction group. The successful candidate will work alongside of other estimators in establishing complete electrical and instrumentation proposals for projects including review of specifications and plans, quantity survey, establishing labor units, material and equipment pricing, preparation and review of vendor and subcontract quotes, site visits, and proposal presentation.
