Overview Job Description: Laborer The Laborer is responsible for assisting with installations, alterations, additions, and/or repairs of, but not limited to, the following: Underground raceways Squaring of foundation Helping with forming of foundations Pouring and finishing of foundations Control house slabs Miscellaneous foundations Layout of all of the above (consisting of spread, drills shafts, etc.) They are responsible for assisting with assigned field installations, alterations, additions, and/or repairs of any type of foundations, buildings, and underground raceways. The Laborer performs this work within an established time frame and ensures that this work is done in conformance with quality work standards, project man-hours, and in the established company guidelines and with regulatory compliance. Responsibilities Specific Responsibilities: Laborer Must be able to report to assigned job site location on time as directed. Maintain and properly store tools and equipment. Proper use and safe handling of tools, equipment, and materials. Accurately organize materials and tools in order to maintain clean and neat work areas.
