Ensures boom is moved out of dolly (Oiler/Rigger), pins are unlocked from dolly to release boom, dolly is moved off to the side, outriggers are lifted and pads/cookies (4/crane) are set, crane is roped off, rigging of crane dependent on material, equipment cables are set, and crane is moved into position. * May operate Heavy Equipment and/or drive construction vehicles and trucks.
