A partir de metodologías de análisis de falla, metodologías preventivas, predictivas y manejo de programa de mantenimiento MANTUM estoy capacitado para la elaboración de planes de mantenimiento y su seguimiento, para que se cumplan de acuerdo a las programaciones establecidas, con manejo de costos, entre consumibles de operación y costos de mantenimiento de equipos.

A Vancouverite since birth, I have worked as a financial executive for 20+ years, mainly with public companies involved in renewable energy, mining and equipment technologies. I started my career with Deloitte's. For the past few years at Metallis Resources we have been developing an exciting exploration property in BC's \'Golden Triangle\' region.



In my career I have been CFO, VP Finance, Director, and Corporate Secretary. I have been a director or officer of over 15 public companies. I have led teams responsible for international due diligence, corporate restructurings and multi-jurisdictional reporting, under US GAAP, IFRS or other regulatory regimes, and been on point handling legal affairs, audit, strategic advisers, IT, and corporate finance.



I ensure the companies I work with havd effective policies and procedures for governance and internal reporting frameworks. My diverse background has well prepared me to deal with fast growing evolving enterprises that require leadership in finance, treasury, strategy/forecasting, HR, risk management and the integration of multiple regulatory regimes.
