Monitor procurement actions from pre-award through final delivery and ensure timely certification of payments in coordination with the Facility Chief Supply Chain Officer and supply chain staff. Develop and implement processes and procedures in response to changes in the VHA Procurement Manual. Lead space planning and staff moves within the Nebraska-Western Iowa Healthcare System, including coordination of furniture relocation, minor wall touch-ups, and technical support to ensure contract compliance and timely coordination among all parties. Prepare and process requisitions and procurement packages submitted to the NCA for award and facility-wide fund control activities.
