Job Description Family Medicine Physician, (MD) Serves as preceptor for the Nurse Practitioner and is available for medical consultation during center hours. Provides medical management of patients referred by the Nurse Practitioner or refers to other Physicians as needed. Maintains record of care provided. Education Board Certified to practice medicine in the state of Alabama. Experience Licensed or eligible for license to practice medicine in the State of Alabama Licenses, Certification and/or Registrations Completion of a Residency in Family Practice, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics, etc. Must have a valid state driver's license and an operating vehicle. Working Conditions This position requires manual and finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination for easy and skillful use of hands when working with and performing normal office duties and responsibilities.
