Frank C. Sullivan
RPM International

Frank C. Sullivan was elected as RPM's chairman and chief executive officer in October 2008. Previously, he held various positions at RPM, starting in 1987 as regional sales manager at RPM's joint venture AGR Company. He was elected as the company's vice president of corporate development in 1991, as chief financial officer in 1993 and as executive vice president in 1995. He later became president in 1999, chief operating officer in 2001, and president and chief executive officer in 2002. Prior to beginning his career at RPM, Mr. Sullivan held various positions in the areas of commercial lending and corporate finance at Harris Bank and First Union National Bank from 1983-1987. He received his bachelor's degree from the University of North Carolina as a Morehead Scholar in 1983. Mr. Sullivan serves on the boards of RPM International Inc., RPM International Inc., The Timken Company, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum, the American Coatings Association, the Cleveland Clinic Foundation, the Army War College Foundation, the Ohio Business Roundtable, the Cleveland School of Science and Medicine, the Greater Cleveland Partnership and the Medina County Bluecoats Chapter. Grandson of the late Frank C. Sullivan, founder of RPM, and son of the late Thomas C. Sullivan, RPM's former chairman and chief executive officer, Frank and his wife Barbara reside in Bay Village, Ohio, with their four sons. Mr. and Mrs. Sullivan support many charitable and civic organizations, and especially appreciate organizations and charities that focus on the educational development and support of children throughout Northeastern Ohio.

Achieved LEED AP-Homes, BD+C and BD+OM; LEED Green Rater, LEED QAD, HERS Energy Rater, NGBS Verifier, City of Dallas Green Provider (commercial and residential), Green Built North Texas Verifier and IECC Code Inspector (Commercial and Residential) status over the next 3 years. In 2015, I moved to a separate Tempo Inc. Q-Sub called Tempo Mechanical as a project manager, providing HVAC Design and install services to one and two family new construction residences. In 2015 I was voted onto Tempo Inc, Board of Directors. In 2016, I was name Executive Vice President and General Manager of Tempo Mechanical. In January of 2019, the Tempo Board of Directors elected me Chief Operating Officer of the Corporation and on July 1st, 2020 the Board elected me Chief Executive Officer. I believe in providing fair and honest products at fair and honest prices, and truly believe Benjamin Franklin said it best, \'There is no greater gift you can give...than work worth doing\'
