Overview
The Specialist, Wastewater Treatment is responsible for the compliant operation of Scout's pretreatment and reverse osmosis systems in support of Scout's launch and production activities in South Carolina. The role is responsible for the generation of procedures and standards and requires working in industrial and laboratory environments.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, EHS- Production, this position will establish positive working relationships with internal stakeholders, third party support and regulatory officials.
What you'll do

Support the design, construction, and commissioning of the Wastewater Treatment System
Develop and Implement Wastewater Operating Procedures
Develop and Implement Wastewater Preventative Maintenance Plans
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local water regulations, including discharge permits.
Operate and maintain wastewater system including servicing of pumps, motors, valves, and equipment.
Analyze and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to wastewater, identifying trends, and recommend improvements.
Assess lab data and make appropriate operational adjustments to maintain operation below permitted levels
Maintain records, perform data entry, and provide detailed reporting
Ensure completion of work assignments within specified deadlines and in compliance with safety regulations and procedures
Analyze and evaluate equipment, trouble-shooting malfunctions, and monitoring of water operations
Performs preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and cleaning of equipment
Ensures Lab Equipment is calibrated and in working order

Location & Travel Expectations:
This role will be based out of the Scout Motors location in Blythewood, SC.
The responsibilities of this role require 4-5 days attendance in office with in-person meetings and events regularly.

Conduct quarterly reviews of treatment plans in collaboration with the treatment team.
Complete and submit all required documentation within stated timelines, including treatment plans, updates, reviews, progress notes, medication logs, and other client records required by state and federal guidelines.
Accurately document services provided, including Behavior Modification (BMod), Psychosocial Rehabilitative Services (PRS), and Family Support (FS).
Engage in internal and external communication, public relations, and collaboration with referral sources and community stakeholders. Represent the program in agency workgroups or initiatives designed to enhance treatment services.
Participate actively in staff and regional team meetings while demonstrating support for colleagues and promoting a collaborative team culture.
Maintain the required number of annual training hours as directed by federal, state, and agency regulations. Licensed staff must also meet the requirements of their respective licensing boards.
Manage a caseload of clients, providing 25-30 hours of direct service per week for full-time staff and 15-20 hours for part-time staff.
Deliver authorized RBHS services across a variety of settings (home, school, community), always aligning interventions with the client's treatment plan, Growing Hope expectations, referring agency guidelines, and Medicaid standards.
Maintain service hours in accordance with the Medicaid authorization, the client treatment plan, and Growing Hope expectations.
Assist the Behavioral Health Specialist Manager and Intake Coordinator with gathering documents and information required for initial and ongoing service authorizations, treatment plans (IPOCs), and behavior modification plans (BMPs), as applicable.
Perform all other duties as assigned to support the mission and success of the program.

Provide Therapeutic Behavioral Services to clients by consulting with a licensed clinician to assist with the individual's needs getting met.
Provide service planning for individualized supports or care coordination of healthcare, behavioral health, and development of a treatment plan.
Provide linkage, interventions, treatment options, restoration of daily life skills and crisis prevention services.
Provide services to individual clients or groups of clients.
Training of support systems including direct staff on specific client triggers, de-escalation techniques and interventions in client specific mental health treatment plan as developed by licensed clinician.
Promote a positive and cooperative relationship with all outside contacts.
Meet with Resident Care Coordinator or other staff as designated by the facility upon arrival to and departure from facility to review current resident and facility care needs and communicate findings or concerns.
Establish and maintain open and positive communications with facility staff and administration. Working with licensed Provide verbal and/or written instruction or feedback regarding treatment plans and other pertinent caregiver information.
Be knowledgeable of and adhere to Eventus WholeHealth standards, policies, and procedures. Be aware of and adhere to all legal and regulatory agencies' rules and guidelines and professional ethical standards. Comply with all regulatory agencies governing health care delivery.
Conduct self in a professional manner at all times.
Maintain patient confidentiality at all times including appropriate use of cell phone, email, text messaging, patient records, and EMR. Agree to abide by and be knowledgeable of HIPAA rules and regulations.
Consult with the clinical supervisor when facing an unfamiliar resident, family, or facility request or recommendation regarding the care of a resident.
Qualifications/Education: Licensed Professional Counselors and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists-Master's degree in either counseling or marriage and family therapy. Eligibility for a license to practice in the state in which you will practice, required. Knowledge:
Knowledge of population-specific interventions, and delivering care following treatment plan.
Knowledge of rules and regulations of bodies governing behavioral health practice.
Knowledge of organization's policies and procedures.

Summer Orientation / Work Schedule:
Day camp spans 9 weeks in the summer with paid orientation session (required) to kick off summer camp. Schedules are 7am - 4:30pm or 8am - 5:30pm.
Summer seasonal employment is a unique experience and falls under the seasonal exemption standard categorized as “seasonal amusement or recreational establishment” by the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), the Department of Labor (DOL). This exempts the position from federal minimum and overtime wage requirements as we compensate a daily rate plus.
The potential weekly earnings for this position are between $400-$425 depending on experience, availability, scheduling, and any related certifications.
Seasonal staff may be eligible for a performance-based bonus that will be paid after the first 4 weeks of summer camp and at the end of summer camp. Seasonal staff may qualify for a performance-based bonus and a stay-on bonus. Eligibility for each bonus is outlined below:
Performance Bonus - is paid to staff who meet or exceed weekly key metrics. The bonus is paid out mid- summer and at the end of camp in the final pay.
Stay-on Bonus - paid to staff who work all weeks committed through the end of camp. The bonus is paid out at the end of camp in the final pay.

Our Camp Counselor positions have the potential to serve as competitively paid internships that meet your course credit needs.
First and foremost, your primary responsibilities will be as a Camp Counselor. As an Intern, you will be expected to fulfill your regular daily job responsibilities and it will be up to you to complete your internship responsibilities and to ensure that they do not interfere with your work obligations. Contact your college advisor in advance and ask them if you can use your summer camp job as a practicum, internship or for other course credits. If KE Camps can meet your internship requirements, your on-site Camp Director will be your field supervisor and oversee your course work. You will also be connected to a KE Camps contact at our HQ in Skillman, NJ. To receive credit, you must complete the course, practicum or internship per your college's parameters and complete your summer employment.
As a Camp Counselor, you will be an active participant in all camp activities and will assist your Camp Director with a variety of daily tasks, all with the goal of creating a memorable and meaningful camp experience for your campers. Our Counselors interact with our campers throughout the entire day, helping them make friends, try new things, and generally caring for their well-being. The role of a Counselor is to participate, build relationships and have fun while ensuring the physical and emotional safety of every child.

Summer Orientation / Work Schedule
/ Compensation:
Day camp spans 9 weeks in the summer with paid orientation session (required) to kick off summer camp. Schedules are 7am - 4:30pm or 8am - 5:30pm.
Summer seasonal employment is a unique experience and falls under the seasonal exemption standard categorized as “seasonal amusement or recreational establishment” by the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), the Department of Labor (DOL). This exempts the position from federal minimum and overtime wage requirements as we compensate a daily rate plus.
The potential weekly earnings for this position are between $375-$400 depending on experience, availability, scheduling, and any related certifications.
Seasonal staff may be eligible for a performance-based bonus that will be paid after the first 4 weeks of summer camp and at the end of summer camp. Seasonal staff may qualify for a performance-based bonus and a stay-on bonus. Eligibility for each bonus is outlined below:
Performance Bonus - is paid to staff who meet or exceed weekly key metrics. The bonus is paid out mid- summer and at the end of camp in the final pay.
Stay-on Bonus - paid to staff who work all weeks committed through the end of camp. The bonus is paid out at the end of camp in the final pay.
This is a seasonal position with no eligibility for benefits.
