Coordinate and ensure accurate and timely processing of import and export documents
Maintain and administer certificates of origin pertaining to special trade programs
Monitor on-time shipping for international daily and consolidated shipments
Monitor on-time shipping for international distributors
Print required certification paperwork for international shipments (e.g. orders to Japan)
Create and maintain hazardous materials shipment documentation
Assist with compliance training, development, and further education of company associates
Assist in the creation and maintenance of internal compliance manuals and ensure that accurate and current process requirements are documented and maintained
Perform additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Associate's Degree or minimum of 2 years of additional college courses in business management or traffic management preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience in U.S. based import, export, international sales administration, or transportation environment preferred
Hazardous materials transportation experience preferred
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products
Must be able to use a computer for extended periods of time throughout the course of an 8 to 10-hour period

Basic Qualifications
* Minimum high school diploma (its equivalency i.e. GED) or the equivalent work experience.
