Responsible for coordination of the documentation required by US Customs/Government Agencies for entry of goods into the US on behalf of importers
Provide impeccable customer service
Obtain correct classification of goods for customs release from database, SOP's, tariff book, internet or customs.
Data entry and processing of various import related documentation for submission to US Customs and may handle all PGA's (participating Government Agencies)
Maintain and keep current all shipment documentation in compliance with all record keeping requirements.
Adhere to all international importing and exporting regulations.
Work closely with other internal staff, departments, other fedex operations, and customers to deliver high level of service to customers.
Process agency brokerage shipments.
May handle remote filings
Ensure all government and organizational policies are followed.

Mandatory overtime may be required during periods of high volume. In addition, working on company-recognized holidays may be necessary.

Develop janitorial work sites, including assessing work sites utilizing appropriate forms and procedures, restructuring and adaptive devices. Match participants with job sites.
Prepare quotations for emergency and/or maintenance service as requested.
Place and/or approve orders for equipment, supplies and sub-contracted services.
Complete federal and state reports as required (ERS, QER, CRO Set-Aside, etc.)
Develop, coordinate and monitor plans such as Green Cleaning, Recycling, Sub- Contracting, Emergency Preparedness, and Business Continuity as required for existing and new contracts.
Conduct on-site trainings, including new staff orientation.
Develop and maintain productive relationships with employers and other Gesher departments.
Serve on Agency committees as appointed.

GENERAL
Develop and administer comprehensive clerical and computer assessments to assist participants in learning to maximize and maintain core work, soft skills and core work behaviors. Prepare and submit concisely produced observational reports relative to participants' work/soft skills, and core work behaviors.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required, two years of college preferred.
Other:
Work experience with individuals with disabilities required. First Aid and CPR certification required. Working knowledge of training techniques, behavior modification, tasks analysis and fluency in American Sign Language preferred. Successful completion of Gesher Rehabilitation Technician training within probationary period is required. Applicant must have interpersonal skills sufficient to communicate with participants, employers, public and staff, and composition sufficient to prepare required reports. Driving record must be sufficient to meet safe driving standards as established by Agency insurance carrier. Intermediate competency in Windows 10, Internet Usage, MS Word, Excel, Outlook and basic web design proficiency along with understanding of clerical support tasks including filing, basic bookkeeping and customer service required. Reliable automobile is required as well as a valid Michigan driver's license for at least two years.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and administer comprehensive clerical & computer assessments.
Use behavior modification, task analysis, data collection and recording, and related techniques to implement intensive pre- and post-placement assessment and/or training services, including on-the-job training.
Assist participants to learn, maximize and maintain work skills and core work behaviors.
Maintain production and quality standards at each site including carrying out job duties in conjunction with the participant until participant's job mastery is demonstrated.
Review participant progress and work with case manager and supervision to develop and/or revise goals as needed.
Provide formal and informal in-service/training, including role modeling to school personnel, employers, co-workers, and participants to facilitate social integration at the work site.
Collect data and prepare and/or assist with periodic weekly, quarterly and annual documentation of participant progress toward goals/objectives.
Modify training techniques and/or the environment to accommodate various participants' disabilities.
Provide regular and systematic feedback to participants regarding their performance.
Transport participants as needed using own vehicle and/or Agency vehicle as assigned.
Serve on Agency committee(s) as appointed

What You Will Experience In This Position:
Responsible for on-site electrical service activities involved with unit placement and setup completion for our TRACHTE Engineered Buildings.
Responsible for the electrical portion of the installation and also the services side of the projects.
Positioning all building parts according to knowledge of the unit being assembled and having a detailed insight and understanding of drawings and supporting documentation.
Represent the company with professionalism and appropriate conduct when providing on-site services, working with the customer, customer representative, subcontractors, or fellow employees.
You Have:
Associate degree or minimum 3+ years of experience as an electrician
Construction/Commercial related electrical experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Subject to random OSHA safety training, job site training, drug screens, and background checks.
Strong customer service background.
Must be willing to work overtime, as needed.
Accountable for all travel expense reporting for assigned on-site services.
Ability to follow all safety rules and regulations.
Willing to work remotely from anywhere in the US and travel a minimum of 50% of the time after a 100% onsite training period at our WI or GA locations for 4-6 months.
Maintains an excellent driving record and is approved to operate company vehicles. A Valid driver's license, with a good driving record.
