Reviews all pertinent credit and financial information, including reporting services, credit bureaus, other companies, main office files, and branches, and determines the need for more thorough investigation or additional information. Watches for any developing problems and keeps loan officers informed. Performs analysis for presentations, including the use of stress testing, financial covenants, UCA cash flow and more detailed analysis. Prepares and maintains control of workflow and all commercial presentations, including final approvals. Miscellaneous reports and investigations: preparing board reports, floor plan audits, problem resolution. Follow federal regulations and related internal procedures.
