Line Leads are responsible for ensuring that the production assembly line is actively engaged to meet daily customer demand and production schedule. The Line Lead provides effective training to the line staff and ensures safety and quality standards are maintained at all times. The Line Lead is responsible for the line assembly of products by using hand and tools / equipment, fixtures, work instructions and specifications to perform a series of operations to correctly assemble Finished Good Production in a Regulated cGMP Environment. Verify, manage and reconcile inventory consumption usage and remaining balance

Report problems or concerns with quality, processes, equipment, materials and labor to Production Supervisor
Proactively stage the daily workflow and line change overs

Ensure traceability of all materials which require (lot / exp date)

Accurately track all products and materials from staging to finished production in Pack Manager and ensure inventory accuracy and integrity

Identify and support continuous improvement efforts with Production Supervisor

BASIC FUNCTIONS:
The Future Leader Trainee (FLT) program is designed to train emerging leaders in the swine industry a production leadership role. This positon is intended to last 12-18 months with an outcome of promoting into farm department management position. Ensures animals are being cared for daily, including water, feed and management
Assists in ordering feed and monitors the feed usage
Assists in ordering supplies, tools and equipment
Assists in the selection of gilts
Trains on and completes the farrowing and breeding procedural management plans
Maintains accurate number integrity for record keeping
Trains on proper body condition scoring
Learns how to order semen and monitors usage
Assists in general maintenance and upkeep of buildings, grounds and equipment

Maintains an inventory of supplies related to production work and orders specific supplies and equipment as needed within budget. Plans and executes modifications and improvements to the equipment and support spaces related to the Cirigliano Studio Theatre and scene shop.
Other: Oversees R25 management for all theatre program activities. Supports other functions as requested such as commencement show directing, search committees, and community outreach activities.
Production Oversight: Serves as technical director and production manager for all Arts & Humanities Division theatre and music productions. Oversees multiple theater productions including design and construction/execution of sets, lights, and sound. Coordinates and performs ongoing maintenance to the equipment that is unique to the Cirigliano Studio Theater and scene shop. Recognizes and solves theatrical and technical problems. Displays professional level knowledge of theater systems and equipment including the operation and proper, safe use, care and maintenance of the systems and equipment. Knowledge of theater operational guidelines and emergency procedures. Helps prepare and determine expenditures and budgetary requests for supplies, equipment, machinery and maintenance for productions. Assures compliance with accepted safety standards in all division production and support facilities.
Staff Supervision: Supervises part-time costume and scene shop staff positions, and independent contractors employed by the division. Oversees scheduling the Arts and Humanities Division's theatre and music performance season and communicates production requirements, rehearsal/performance schedules, tech needs, and staffing needs with Stocker Arts Center.
