Jay M. Ford has been President and CEO of Crest Savings Bank since 1993. He has worked in the financial services industry for more than forty years in the southern New Jersey market place. A graduate of Marquette University with a degree in accounting, he is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of CPA's.

Crest Savings Bank has been servicng the deposit and lending needs of Cape May County, NJ since 1919.

He serves on the Board of Directors of the Federal Home Loan Bank of New York, a $100 billion Congressionally Chartered wholesale bank. He also serves as the Chairman of the Board Audit Committee

Experienced Chief Lending Officer who also has the advantage of having owned and operated a retail business for ten years. Skilled in employee development, facilitating organizational change, negotiations, credit. MBA focused in Finance from University of Connecticut School of Business, Storrs Campus. Liberal Arts undergrad degree from Colgate University, Hamilton, NY.

Community involvement includes Habitat for Humanity-Cape May with several years as Board Member including two years as President. Executive Board Member of Garden State Council, Boy Scouts of America. Executive Board Member of Cape May County Chamber of Commerce.
