SHIFT: 12A Saturday-Monday 6AM-6PM
This position is responsible for leading and developing a team of hourly team members. This position is also responsible for establishing daily production goals and will monitor stands to improve performance within their assigned department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)
Provide visible leadership and drive a motivated, positive, productive workforce to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
Establish daily production goals and monitor intraday performance to achieve these goals.
Participate in root cause analysis to identify problems and seeking out opportunities for continuous improvement.
Identify, coach and develop team members through training, performance reviews, coaching, support and delegation as appropriate for their development level.
Observe Team Member activities and work methods, to recommend areas of opportunity.
Daily, weekly, and monthly preparation and planning to identify and prioritize action steps, set timelines, identify and allocate resources necessary to accomplish departmental objectives.
Communicate policies to team members and act as the primary information source for the team, maintaining compliance, consistency, and taking corrective action when needed.
Coordinate and monitor production standards, and develop programs to improve operational throughout.
Assist in training team members on distribution processes and equipment.
May lead or serve on cross-functional teams to develop network best practices focused on process improvement and leadership development
Required Qualifications
Experience
: Minimum of three (3) years in a multi-shift distribution center experience
Education
: Some college is preferred. Combination of education and experience will be considered.
Preferred knowledge, skills or abilities
Lead, manage, and develop a team of 15 to 60 TSC team members.
Ability to lead and develop people utilizing excellent communication skills
Ability to build relationships at various levels and influence decisions.
Working knowledge of logistics processes and methods to include flow, cost efficiencies, MHE equipment, safety and quality.
Analytical skills to include problem identification and resolution.
Working knowledge of a Windows based computer environment with the ability to develop and communicate reporting.
Working knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and labor management systems.
Flexibility and willingness to change direction and focus as business needs dictate
Ability to work any shift and or department as required.
Work additional hours and or days as needed, particularly during high volume periods, to ensure that departmental objectives are accomplished.
Working Conditions
Duties include frequent alternate standing, walking, bending, stooping, and sitting, throughout the course of the shift
Required to work in a physical environment that is subject to temperature extremes, movement of mobile and fixed equipment, possible exposure to hazardous products, dust and other conditions associated with a warehouse operation
Physical Requirements
It is essential that you have the physical and mental stamina and ability to move throughout the distribution center and outdoor areas quickly and safely.
It is essential to operate all equipment related to their job duties efficiently, safely, properly and accurately; and to provide the highest level of customer service.
Ability to move and transfer merchandise, weighing up to 50-75 pounds, throughout the distribution center.
Ability to frequently lift or reach merchandise overhead.
Ability to frequently stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, stoop, and climb ladders for up to 12 hours.
Ability to move throughout the distribution center for an entire shift.
Ability to safely access all areas of the distribution center, including stairs and all levels/floors.
Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary (e.g. dolly, hand truck, MHE, battery changer, computer or equivalent, etc.).
Ability to push and pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with the assistance of proper MHE (e.g. pallet jack, forklift, etc.)
Ability to read, write, and count accurately to complete all documentation.
Ability to utilize strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate effectively with team members.
Ability to process information / handle merchandise in a safe manner, according to distribution center and OSHA safety rules and regulations.
Ability to successfully complete all required training and certification.
Ability to drive or operate a vehicle for business needs.

Job Purpose
Under the supervision of the Production Supervisor, ensures proper running and cleaning of production equipment in the manufacture of powder coatings.
This position is for 2nd Shift.
Key Responsibilities
* Packaging and palletizing of finished product into boxes, drums, gaylords, and supersacks from 15 lb to 2000 lbs.
* General housekeeping.
* Cleaning grinders, extruders, testing equipment and charging equipment.
* Forklift operation.
* Floor Scrubber operation.
* Sampling of raw materials and/or finished good.
* Recording of batch variables and logging data.
* Perform all work safely and injury-free. Must actively participate in improving department and plant safety performance.
* Perform duties according to ISO 14001 procedures and environmental requirements.
* Attend and participate in Warsaw Plant Programs/Committees/Training as required, such as Department Safety, Plant Safety, Behavioral Safety, Housekeeping Audit Teams, ISO, Life Saving
* Rules or any other safety programs.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities
Lead all Frontline, Membership Services Desk, Membership Sales Ambassador and functions: Focus on membership performance, frontline service, Voice of the Member (VOM), and club promotions to drive a positive member experience and business results.
Develop and manage high-performing teams: Lead recruiting, training, and performance management for FELs, Cashiers and Membership Sales Ambassadors. Provide regular coaching, feedback, motivation, and discipline as needed to ensure team engagement and accountability.
Ensure proper staffing and processes: Ensure the right people and operational processes are consistently in place to support excellent member service and execution.
Maintain strong knowledge of policies and procedures: Maintain clear understanding and consistent application of club policies and procedures across Member Services and Frontline teams.
Execute corporate programs to standard: Implement company initiatives across areas of responsibility according to plan and performance expectations.
Drive policy and procedural compliance: Enforce operational standards to maintain integrity and control within Member Services and Frontline environments.
Leverage reporting tools to drive performance and development: Utilize company systems and reporting platforms to assess team performance, identify strengths and opportunities, prioritize development actions, and collaborate with the Assistant Club Manager of Member Experience to optimize results and elevate the member experience.
Communicate effectively across teams: Serve as a communication bridge, ensuring clarity on membership, frontline initiatives, and club happenings across team members, leadership, and support teams.
Drive membership growth and retention: Execute acquisition, retention, loyalty, and member experience initiatives to achieve Membership Fee Income goals and other membership KPIs.
Meet or exceed productivity expectations: Ensure productivity standards are met on the Frontline through effective scheduling, task execution, and adherence to process.
Ensure service excellence: Monitor team performance and member interactions to uphold a positive and consistent service experience.
Oversee Front Door recovery and follow-up: Ensure weekly entry of Front Door recoveries from frontline team and lead retraining or corrective action as needed to support compliance and service standards.
Comply with club standards: Maintain full adherence to all club policies, procedures, and operational expectations.
Perform other duties as needed: Support other departments at the discretion of Club Leadership.

Qualifications
Demonstrates leadership capabilities, including supervising cross-functional teams, training team members, and driving and communicating results
2 years customer service or sales experience preferred.

The Front End Supervisor is responsible for the efficient expedition of customer sales transactions at the front registers. Computes bill, itemized lists, and tickets showing amount due.

Assures completion of all Point of Sale (POS) transactions and the proper control of all cash at the registers.

Ensure safe driving practices are followed as well as all policies related to delivery service. Manage all expenses related to hub side of business to maximize profitability for hub and spoke stores.
Maintain an organized, clean city delivery area divided into areas/bins for each spoke store. Schedule hub employees to ensure adequate coverage while meeting payroll budget.
Maintain monthly work schedule for all team members under his/her supervision, including but not limited to city delivery dispatcher and hub delivery specialists. Ensure all team members are clocking in and out according to company policy.
Ensure city delivery dispatcher is monitoring delivery specialist's route schedule, while communicating any delays to stores remaining on the route.
Work with store manager to ensure route is covered in absence of regular city delivery supervisor and/or city delivery specialists. Work with store manager and hub delivery specialists to ensure vehicles are well maintained and quarterly inspections are completed thoroughly and accurately. Ensure mileage is being entered into the asset management system daily.
Provide input to store manager with regard to city delivery dispatcher and delivery specialists' performance in preparation for performance evaluations.
Assist in the hiring process by completing recruiting tasks, scheduling and participating in interviews, evaluating candidates, and collaborating with management to ensure the selection of qualified team members.
Make sure that all new driver training occurs timely, and that ongoing training is completed as required.
Make sure that all drivers have "passed" their pre-employment drug test and that their MVR is approved through Risk Management prior to employment.
Ensure all employees regularly scheduled to drive have an approved MVR on file with Risk Management.

Overview
Barnes & Noble College is seeking a resourceful, driven, adaptable, and customer-focused team member to work varying or set schedules on a weekly basis year round as a part-time Supervisor. The Supervisor will provide assistance to the management team, have oversight for team members within a specific department, satellite location, or store in the absence of upper management while providing outstanding customer service to the academic and co-curricular community.
Responsibilities
As a Supervisor you will spend the majority of your time on the sales floor coaching and modeling Wow customer service. You will help train and oversee the daily work activity of team members in one or more departments in the store or for specified operational functions. You must be knowledgeable about department and store operations; provide outstanding customer service to the academic and co-curricular community; help enforce loss prevention procedures; and ensure that your area of responsibility is maintained, properly merchandised and the store is operationally sound.
Expectations:
Spend the majority of your time on the selling floor delivering, coaching, and modeling exceptional customer service.
Maintain a working knowledge of all departments in the store to provide daily support, direction, and guidance to customers and team members.
Help resolve customer issues and complaints and escalating problems to the management team when necessary.
Assist in the daily operation of the store in partnership with the management team and act as the Manager-on-Duty in the absence of the manager or at satellite locations.
Assist with assigning work and providing focused direction to team members to manage and accomplish multiple projects to ensure the proper execution of the workload.
Assist with processing sales transactions involving cash, credit, or financial aid payments as needed.
Part-time positions require availability to work on a weekly basis year round. Schedules may be set or vary to meet the needs of the store.
Routine housekeeping including, for example, dusting, mopping, window cleaning, vacuuming, trash removal.
