Assistance in Lighting Set Up/Operation, Sound Set Up/Operation, and set Load In & Load Out may be required. Assist with special projects and tasks as provided. Inform Facilities Services Manager regarding necessary repairs as well as maintaining inventory and reporting facility equipment and repair needs. Assist with program responsibilities like leading activities, recreation, crafts and skits, when Crew duties are not required (typical Crew duties are Sundays-Fridays 5-10pm). Current valid driver's license and a clean driving record required. CPR/First Aid certification required (before arriving at camp). Work Experience: Custodial work experience preferred. Ability to work with a team and lead with good judgment and decision making abilities. Must be mechanically inclined. Must be punctual and responsible individual. Mature understanding and respect for authority and peers, as well as camp guidelines and principles. Ability to engage in a variety of outdoor activities. A heart to serve whenever needed. Physical Demands: The physical environment requires the employee to work both inside and outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions. Position requires constant walking and climbing up and down stairs (up to 7.5hrs per day). Additional requirements include sitting, standing, squatting, stooping, twisting, reaching, bending. Ability to perform specific functions of job. Additional Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age due to the requirement for onsite community living.
