This position works closely with Press Operators, Prepress, and Production to ensure efficient, safe, and accurate machine make-ready. Shift: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday Air Conditioned Warehouse ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Other duties may be assigned. Ensure all required tooling, plates, cylinders, materials, dies, and accessories are staged on the set-up cart prior to press make-ready. Mount printing plates as required per job specifications. Organize and maintain the kitting area to support efficient set-up preparation. Perform machine make-ready activities, including loading and removing print cylinders, materials, laminations, dies, scoring equipment, and related components in accordance with standard work procedures. Assist Press Operators with the set-up and adjustment of auxiliary equipment. Ensure all tools and equipment are returned to the designated preproduction areas after set-up completion. Assist in other departments or production areas as needed. Work collaboratively with Prepress and Production team members to support customer satisfaction, cost control, and on-time performance.
