Job Summary:
The Medical Records Clerk (MRC) is responsible for maintaining complete and accurate patient medical records in the electronic medical records (EMR) system.
Essential Functions:
Scans and files medical records/documents in an efficient and timely manner.
Responds promptly to fax requests for copies of medical records.
Ensures patient records are sent to the appropriate locations as required.
Responsible for chart reviews, preparing, and sending medical records requests to third-party vendors such as Datavant and/or HEDIS requests (as needed).
Answers incoming calls and checks voicemails in a timely and professional manner.
Retrieves records from systems such as HealtheLink and Infoclique prior to hospital follow‑up appointments.
Processes all incoming medical records requests efficiently and within required timeframes.
Assists the Health Information Supervisor with workflow coverage for other UBMD Primary Care locations as needed.
May be required to travel to other UBMD Primary Care locations.
Opens and sorts mail on a daily basis, in rotation with other administrative staff, on as-needed basis.
Reviews and addresses daily tasks as assigned.
Adheres to HIPAA and confidentiality policies and procedures.
Other Functions:
Reviews company email on at least a daily basis in order to receive and address notifications and/or other pertinent information in a timely manner.
Any other duties as requested or assigned by the Health Information Supervisor and/or other management representative. Duties, responsibilities and activities may change or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice.
Work hours may fluctuate depending on company/clinic needs.
Qualifications:
Education: High school degree or equivalent required. Associate's degree preferred.
Experience: One year of experience maintaining medical records preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Computer experience required, EMR experience preferred. Knowledge and understanding of basic medical terminology. Excellent communication, multi-tasking, organizational and attention-to-detail skills required. Experience in database management preferred.

Cresco Labs is seeking a Cultivation Agent to join our facility. The Cultivation Agent is responsible for providing on-site cultivation for one or more medical cannabis gardens. Completion of tasks assigned by the Cultivation Team Lead to monitor and maintain plant production and health. Maintain quality control measures to ensure high quality product. Maintain organization, cleanliness and efficiency of production area. Main duties will entail carrying out day-to-day plant care including watering, pruning, and trimming. Must monitor and maintain plant production and quality control measures in accordance with the commonwealth and standards set by Cresco Labs.
CORE JOB DUTIES
Plant Care:
Ensure plant health by pruning, topping, trimming, according to Cresco Labs policy, as well as any other tasks required
Moving plants in an orderly, time efficient manner from one area of the cultivation facility to another
Moving Rockwool for transplanting plants
Transplanting smaller plants into bigger pots
Facility Cleaning:
Perform all assigned duties required to ensure a clean and safe cultivation facility, including the safe disposal of waste.
Responsible for the cleanliness of all cultivation equipment and tools including light reflectors, containers, mixing tools, application tools, and ventilation equipment
Reports and Documentation:
Assist the Cultivation Manager with tracking plants from birth to harvest by ensuring proper and accurate documentation for applicable activities
Ensure accurate documentation of all plant tracking numbers, lot numbers, and all other applicable information
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
Two years experience in general production, preferably a regulated field producing for human consumption. Or, any satisfactory combination of experience and training which clearly demonstrates the ability to perform the above-described duties.
Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task
Ability to perform the job duties in indoor and greenhouse climates of varying weather conditions
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment
Requires work around plant material, which could include exposure to plant pollen and/or dust.
Requires ability to sit, stand, kneel, and/or do repetitive actions with your hands for long periods of time.
Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level.

Position Summary
The Director of Federal Government Affairs is accountable for shaping health care policy to benefit patient access, affordability, and innovation. * Engage with external groups, including trade associations, to influence internal decisions and ensure alignment with BMS goals and priorities.

* Ensure Individuals are provided nutritionally sound food options along with the education to help them understand the impact of their food consumption.
* Carry out all interventions in an Individual's Behavioral Protocol Plan as written and trained. Redirect and/or physically support Individuals who may be aggressive using proactive techniques while maintaining self-control.
* Communicate effectively, professionally and respectfully with Individuals, co-workers, management, guardians, and others while on company time.
* Responsible for being familiar with and abiding by Agency, Department, and Program policies and procedures and for acting in a manner consistent with organizational values, mission, and goals.

Position Summary: Bristol Myers Squibb (BMS) is seeking an experienced patent attorney to join our headquarters in Princeton, New Jersey, or one of our research centers in Cambridge, MA, or San Diego, CA. The patent counsel will support clients across multiple functional areas to provide strategic counsel to key stakeholders. Responsibilities will primarily include internal preparation and prosecution of patents as well as providing strategic counsel, including freedom to operate, business development diligences, and client counseling. The patent practitioner will work closely with clients in various functions in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment and will collaborate with other in-house and outside attorneys to accomplish BMS objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and prosecute patent applications, including drafting, filing, and managing responses to office actions on a global level.
* Conduct freedom-to-operate analyses and provide strategic counsel on patentability and infringement issues.
* Manage patent portfolios, including conducting patent landscape analyses and developing patent strategies to protect BMS's innovations.
* Provide due diligence support for business development activities, including evaluating IP portfolios of potential partners and acquisition targets.
* Draft and negotiate license and research collaboration agreements.
* Manage relationships with outside counsel to ensure high-quality and cost-effective legal services.
* Regularly engage with business and technical teams to provide IP-related guidance and support.
* Stay updated on changes in patent laws and regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant legal requirements.
Qualifications:
* Registered to practice before the USPTO.
* J.D. degree
* 7-10 years of patent law experience in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in chemistry, biochemistry, or pharmaceutical sciences. An advanced degree and/or scientific research experience is preferred.
* Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
* Service-oriented focus with the ability to work as part of cross-functional teams and drive results.
* Highest integrity, excellent judgment, and the ability to proactively recognize and effectively assess business risk and communicate legal issues to patent, legal, and key stakeholders.

Scheduling resources across multiple activities - deboning, sifting, grading, final trim, etc.

Monitoring Dry Rooms, Cure Room, Processing space for appropriate temperature and humidity

Seed-to-sale software adjustments, moves, and transfers
Approving timecards and request off for agents in ADP
Verifying the weighing and logging of material

Review outlook emails for new priorities or assignments.
Ensure that all functions are performed to the highest standard of quality and compliance.

Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct audits of client inventories at client specified storage site. Follow client business rules, finalize necessary reconciliation(s), and complete required documentation.
Complete all assignments in a professional and timely manner in accordance with Company and Client business rules.
Submit all assignment status changes using the on-line Audit Inventory Management System (AIMS).
Review all instructions and forms required to complete assignments prior to audit to ensure quality service levels.
Ensure that assignments are scheduled in accordance within Client expectations and timelines
Communicate with client representatives and AIMS management team via email, US mail, and/or phone.

Qualifications
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education/Training:
High School Diploma or GED Required

Related Experience: Pharmaceutical industry and/ or Pharmaceutical Sales experience preferred.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
On-call crisis therapists will work 12 hour shifts providing as-needed telephone, virtual, and face-to-face emergency and triage services to adults, adolescents, and children. Examples include but are not limited to CI assessment, diagnostic assessments, suicide risk assessments in the jail, and pink slips, as well as responding with law enforcement when requested, or to the jail.
Shifts are available during the day, overnight, and on holidays/weekends.
Services must be provided within the designated amount of time, and include appropriate documentation of services. Additional trainings may be required, and on-call staff are required to meet all relevant agency standards and regulations.
Additional duties as assigned.
Travel required within Fairfield and Perry County.
Requirements
Must have at minimum a Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Social Work or Psychology. Must possess licensure (LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC). Prefer two years post-licensure experience. Must be able to provide clinical services in the community and work cooperatively with the hospitals, probate court, and other agencies. Must meet system requirements for appointment as Health Officer, or at minimum for probationary Health Officer status. Must work well in crisis situations; have good working knowledge of the DSM-V-TR; have excellent written communication skills, convey respect, warmth and hope; be highly organized; and sensitive to the cultural needs of each client and family.
Salary Description $500 per shift contract, OR $60k-$65k FT
