Stays abreast of local legislative changes and requirements that impact the groups that the role supports and make recommendations for changes as necessary.
Assists in the development of policies and processes.
Acts as the main point of contact regarding HR issues for both managers and employees in the regions that this role supports.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
5 plus years of HR Generalist/Business Partner experience with demonstrated experience providing effective business partner support to both local and global based assigned client groups
HR certification a plus (PHR, SPHR etc.)
Knowledge of human resources and labor laws
Experience with ADP HRIS system is a plus
Strong skill set in Microsoft products, particularly Outlook and Excel
Must possess a strong work ethic and ability to adapt communication style to different audience members

Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age
Weekends (Friday-Sunday) preferred; holidays & weekday work available
Reliable access to a smartphone or tablet on days worked
The ability to regularly lift 50+ pounds and push or pull a large commercial juicing machine
The ability to stand, bend, kneel, walk, and move to perform the event for the entire shift
We welcome applicants without a high school or college degree, have no experience or are returning to the workforce and/or have military experience. We provide comprehensive online and/or on-the-job training to get you working quickly.
Work Environment
Moderate to high noise levels associated with a retail grocery warehouse environment. Exposure to cold, refrigerated conditions, food products, and cleaning chemicals

$14.00 / hr
