1957

Doctor A.J. Bohman purchased Lutheran Hospital Reuss Memorial and operated it until 1957.

1971

Doctor A.J. Bohman converted Lutheran Hospital Reuss Memorial into a foundation known as the Cuero Hospital Foundation until 1971.

1995

The DeWitt Medical Foundation was created in 1995 as a 501(c)3 non-profit organization with the sole purpose of encouraging, accepting and managing all public and private gifts in support of Cuero Regional Hospital.

1998

1998Childbirth Center added, complete with an outside Angel Courtyard along with a hydrotherapy pool for P.T. 1998 AprilHeritage Program established.

2007

2007 JuneCCH receives the Award of Excellence from Texas Medical Foundation.

2008

2008 JanuaryExpansion and new construction begin for new MRI, Outpatient and P.T. Center.
