    Substitute/Substitute Child Nutrition Worker GENERAL DESCRIPTION Prepares food and serves menus by following standardized recipes, preparation and service methods established by the district child nutrition service department by performing the following duties. Cross trains in all facets of the child nutrition service operation. Assumes responsibility of maintaining up to date knowledge of technology utilized by the district. Qualifications - Education, Experience, and Skills • Must be 21 years of age. • 3 to 5 years' experience with casual fine dining atmosphere. • Basic knowledge of wines and wine services. • Computer literacy. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Must be flexible to work a variety of shifts. • Knowledge of Food Safety, Food Safety Certification or equivalent. • Strong organizational skills. IV. Other Qualifications • Current Hocking College student willing to be trained • Ability to work nights and weekends including, but not limited to Thursdays, 4:30 pm to 9:30 pm; Fridays/Saturdays 4:30 pm to 11:00 pm and Sundays from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.
