We are seeking a passionate and motivated Lead Director to support our architecture team. This role will focus on enhancing our technical capabilities, particularly in response to increasing client demands for co-development and stabilize IT infrastructure/environments where we collaborate with our clients. The Lead Director will work closely with various teams to ensure that our architectural solutions are current, scalable, and aligned with our strategic goals.
**Roles and Responsibilities**
+ Strategic thinking - able to identify a vision along with the plans, which need to be implemented to meet the end goal, evaluating situations, decisions, and issues in the short, medium, and long term
+ Analytical thinking - able to simplify complex problems, processes or projects into component parts explore and evaluate them systematically
+ Collaborate with various areas of the organization including business partners, product owners, architecture, security mavens, and IT engineering teams to understand business requirements and design specifications
+ Collaborate with program delivery and engineering partners to define, refine and implement infrastructure and systems to provide secure and stable environments for co-developments, testing & training needs of our clients
+ Provide technical guidance and support during Requests for Proposals (RFPs), including Best and Final Offers (BAFO), Right to Negotiate (RTN), Performance Guarantee (PG) Reviews, and Contract Reviews. Coordinate with security and client services and other enterprise team as required.
+ Develop and maintain technical diagrams and documentation that reflect the full scope of the PBM Network, ensuring they are updated to align with advancements in technology.
+ Create multiple versions of diagrams tailored to different audiences, including existing clients with NDAs, prospective clients, and internal stakeholders.
+ Ensure accurate and timely information is provided to clients, enhancing our tech-forward approach and supporting the overall client engagement strategy.
+ Conduct research on emerging technologies, design principles, and development frameworks to ensure software solutions remain current, fresh, and future proof
+ Provide technical guidance in software design and development activities
+ Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code using best practices and design patterns
+ Design and implement complex software solutions for APIs, microservices, CI/CD, and real-time streaming pipelines on cloud platforms (Azure or GCP).
**Required Qualifications**
+ 10+ years of technology delivery experience in designing, developing, and deploying production-ready systems
+ 5+ years of experience working on Azure or GCP Cloud Applications/services
+ 7+ years of relevant work experience in designing and building software applications with expertise in one or more modern programming languages such as Java, Python, FastAPI, Go, as well as the following: Relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Azure SQL) and NoSQL databases (Mongo DB or Cosmos DB), Messaging systems like Apache Kafka, MQ etc, and Container Orchestration Frameworks like Kubernetes, Docker etc.
+ 5+ years of experience in one or more of the framework such as Angular, React, Vue.js, jQuery and CSS framework Bootstrap
+ 5+ years of experience leading software development projects by setting project goals, monitoring progress, tracking milestones, communication with stakeholders regarding project issues, and mentoring junior developers as needed
+ In depth understanding of APIs and microservices-based architecture
+ Proven experience in AI and agentic solution development, including:
+ Designing and deploying intelligent agents and autonomous workflows
+ Integrating AI/ML models into cloud-native applications
+ Leveraging LLMs, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks to build agentic systems
+ Applying prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and multi-agent collaboration patterns
**Preferred Qualifications**

$144,200.00 - $288,400.00

**Position Summary**

Responsible and accountable for registering all related sales on assigned cash register, collects and handles cash as required. Takes customer to OTC aisle when possible to assist in locating products.
Handles telephone calls that do not require personal attention of the pharmacist, including those to physicians.
Processes (corrects and resubmits) manual claims for third party program prescription services in a timely and efficient manner, and performs other clerical duties, as assigned by the Pharmacy Manager.
Assists and supports Pharmacy Department on inventory management activities, such as, ordering, unpacking, checking and storing shipment of pharmaceuticals. Maintains knowledge of Company asset protection techniques, and files claims for warehouse overages (merchandise received, but not billed), shortages (merchandise billed, but not received), order errors or damaged goods involving Rx drugs.
May assist pharmacist in administering clinical services including the collection and proper labeling of blood/urine samples from patients and other clinical services as required; assists pharmacy staff in coordination of clinical services, Walgreens healthcare clinics and external providers.
Assists Pharmacy Manager and Staff Pharmacist in developing and maintaining good relationships with the local medical community, including physicians, nurses, and other health care providers, by medical provider detailing and outreach to health groups, retirement homes, nursing homes, and other forums for enhancing growth opportunities.
Assists with exterior and interior maintenance by ensuring the Pharmacy Department is stocked with adequate supplies, clean, neat and orderly in condition and appearance.

Medical Scribe (Spanish Bilingual) Role Description:The purpose of a Clinical Informatics Specialist (CIS or Medical Scribe) at Oak Street Health is to support our primary care providers with clinical documentation so that they can focus on providing exceptional care to our patients.
Scribes assist providers throughout the patient care journey - huddling each morning to plan for the day's visits, joining them in the exam room to observe and document, and touching base after the visit to assist with next steps.
