Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Sales
Greet and approach every customer, offering personalized assistance and recommendations
Drive sales by actively engaging customers and showcasing products
Achieve personal sales goals while supporting team objectives
Product Knowledge & Merchandising
Maintain extensive product knowledge to answer customer questions and drive purchases
Restock and organize merchandise as directed to ensure an attractive and well-maintained store environment
Customer Service & Problem Resolution
Resolve customer complaints promptly and courteously, ensuring a positive experience
Provide outstanding service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Cash Handling & Loss Prevention
Adhere to all company cash handling policies and loss prevention procedures
Accurately process sales, returns, and exchanges using the POS system
Safety & Compliance
Demonstrate a high level of safety awareness and adhere to all safety protocols
Report all injuries, safety hazards, and incidents to the Seasonal Store Manager immediately
Team Support & Other Duties
Maintain energy and enthusiasm while on duty, contributing to a positive work environment
Follow dress code standards and wear the provided apron at all times
Complete all assigned training courses and materials
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Seasonal Store Manager
Education and/or Experience
Must be 18 years old or older
Previous retail experience is a plus, but not required

Education and/or Experience
Must be 18 years old or older
Previous retail experience is a plus, but not required
