The Field Application Scientist (FAS) Manager leads a team of highly skilled scientists dedicated to providing exceptional technical support and driving customer success across IDT's portfolio. This role is pivotal in shaping a best-in-class organization that partners closely with Sales to deliver innovative solutions and ensure customer satisfaction. The FAS Manager will attract top talent, develop team members, and foster a culture of excellence and collaboration, while maintaining a strong presence in the field to lead by example. This position reports to the Sr. Director, Sales and oversees a team that includes managers for CRISPR and NGS, each with their own sub-teams. The role is REMOTE with regular travel to customer sites across the Americas.
