Heavy Equipment Operators are responsible for the safe operation of heavy mobile equipment at the plant site including inspection, documentation, escalation of equipment issues while working in an open pit mining production environment. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Pre-start checks Start-up, park-up, shutdown and communication procedures are carried out in accordance with manufacturers' and/or site requirements. In case of emergency, understand and follow emergency procedures.
