Core Responsibilities: • Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatics and control systems. • Assist with root cause analysis (RCA) for equipment failures and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence. • Interpret machine schematics, blueprints, manuals, and other technical documents to resolve complex machine issues. • Develop and execute preventative maintenance schedules for critical assets. • Utilize predictive tools to identify potential failures in equipment or machinery. • Recommend upgrades or replacements based on lifecycle analysis and performance/downtime data • Provide technical guidance and training for Maintenance Technicians as a subject matter expert. • Collaborate with Process Engineering, Operations, Safety and Quality on equipment modifications and reliability improvements. • Support capital projects, equipment installation and commissioning activities. • Maintain and improve CMMS data accuracy and usage. • Work in a safe manner and follow AMSOIL safety procedures. • Comply with AMSOIL, State and Federal procedures for safety and environmental compliance. • Report all safety and quality issues in a timely fashion, escalating as needed. • Support continuous improvement projects as needed.
