7. Acts as expert technical resource to development staff in all phases of the development and implementation process.

The Opportunity
You'll be the engine behind our reporting and analytics: building and refining dashboards, dissecting campaign performance, and crafting predictive models. You'll translate data into insights for both our clients and internal teams-accelerating campaign ROI, improving deliverability, and elevating every touchpoint.
This is a NY based position, requiring 3 days per week in the NY office.
What You'll Do:
Analyze & advise: Dive into large email, SMS, and eCommerce datasets to surface trends, pinpoint optimization opportunities, and map them back to client goals.
Build & iterate: Create self-serve dashboards and advanced Excel models (VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS) to monitor KPI and uncover trends
Predict & prescribe: Develop predictive and clustering models in Python or R to forecast deliverability, engagement, and churn, then turn insights into action plans.
Own the analytics workflow: Streamline on-shore and offshore reporting processes, enforce data-governance best practices, and build proofing checklists to guarantee hygiene and accuracy.
Leverage AI: Experiment with AI frameworks to automate repetitive tasks, enrich reporting, and turbocharge data-driven decision making.
Collaborate & communicate: Present findings and strategic recommendations to cross-functional teams and clients in clear, compelling narratives.
Who You Are:

Requirements
1+ year in a data analytics role (marketing, e-commerce, or ad agency preferred), or equivalent graduate degree
Bachelor's in Computer Science, Statistics, Math, Economics, or similar
Expert in Excel and dashboarding platforms (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI)
Demonstrated ability to drive insights and recommendations from large datasets
Preferred Skills / Experience:
Hands-on experience with email-service-provider platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Listrak)
Programming Experience (SQL, Python, R)
A/B testing or conversion rate optimization experience
Google Analytics + marketing attribution knowledge
Coursework or side-projects in data science, machine learning, or AI
