Job Responsibilities
As a QSE7 Data Analyst, you will be expected to perform the following services for life sciences clients:
Assess and continuously improve key quality, manufacturing and financial business processes

Analyze current-state data and design future-state data models

Food & Beverage Operations Intern (6 positions available) Work with the Director of Operations, Concessions Manager and Catering Manager to assist in the management of the concessions and catering areas. Interns will rotate through all positions during the training period. Duties include but are not limited to receiving and distributing all product orders; monitoring sales and daily sales reports; overseeing all group areas and team members; assigning game day team members; ensuring all food is prepared to both company and safety standards; contacting clients; sales forecasting; event planning. Duties will be assigned throughout the duration of the internship. Interns will assist with menu planning and cost analysis on a weekly basis. On non-game days interns will be responsible for the cleaning, up-keep, and preparation of all areas for the next home stand and comply with all health department standards. Time Frame:
Start dates are flexible based on college schedules

**What you'll do**
+ Work alongside experts in financial planning, costing, and profitability analysis
+ Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, including P&L statements, balance sheets, and forecasts
+ Track budget vs. actuals and help explain key variances through data-driven insights
+ Contribute to projects that streamline financial processes and drive cost savings
+ Support financial modeling in Excel, including scenario planning and simulations
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Operations, and Logistics to support business initiatives
+ Gain a deeper understanding of global supply chain operations through a financial lens

**Additional information**
+ This internship is NOT eligible for a housing stipend or relocation support.
+ Henkel's Summer 2026 internship program starts on May 27th, 2026, and runs through mid-August.
+ Recruitment for our 2026 internships starts in late August 2025 and runs through early March 2026 or until all our positions are filled.

Pay Transparency
We set standard salary ranges for our roles based on the position, function, and responsibilities, as benchmarked against similarly sized companies in our industry. Specific compensation offered will be determined based on a combination of factors including the candidate's knowledge, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials. The salary range may vary based on geographic location.
The salary for this position is $16.00/hour - $19.00/hour.
