About the Role
As a Data Scientist Intern at Tinder, you'll help us uncover insights from one of the world's largest datasets to enhance user experience, strengthen safety, and drive innovation across our platform. You'll work alongside talented engineers, data scientists, and product teams to solve real-world problems using data-driven approaches that shape the future of how people connect.
What you'll do:
* Explore and analyze large-scale datasets to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities.
* Develop and evaluate machine learning models and/or LLMs that improve user experience and engagement.
* Design and execute A/B experiments to measure the impact of product features and algorithmic changes.
* Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Data Science, Product, and Engineering to translate insights into actionable strategies.

The Contract Data Management Analyst is responsible for the management of all the data deliverables associated with contracts between Northrop Grumman and its external customers. This data has historically been specified and delivered in the Contract Data Requirement List (CDRL) DoD Form 1423.
Requires the collection, verification, reconciliation, delivery, auditing, and archiving of CDRL deliverables compliant with the applicable Data Item Description (DID)/Data Acquisition Document Number as defined by a contract. Must be assertive, possess good follow-through traits, and able to manage multiple projects daily.
Job Responsibilities:
Work and interact with a wide variety of program management, engineering and technical disciplines, which may include interface with the Government Customer base as well as CDRL authors to ensure accurate CDRL scheduling.
