The expected outcome aligns escalation policies and procedures with expectations of the business owners, stakeholders, division, and agency. * Ensure test plans and test cases to validate software is secure and meets state, agency, and NIST guidelines. Required Qualifications: Six (6) years of professional experience in enterprise data governance and principles of data management and the data life cycle. OR A Bachelor's degree or above in Data Science, Information Management, Computer Science, or other closely related field will substitute for 2 years of experience mentioned above. AND Four (4) years of experience in the following: * Standard Software Development Life Cycle while implementing enterprise principles, concepts, practices, and current industry standards as they relate to application development. * Data management, data integration/backup, database development and data performance optimization. * Working in a Microsoft-based environment. AND Three (3) years of experience in applications development, including experience in designing, developing, and maintaining applications using industry standard tools and development languages.
