The Role

As the Distribution Logistics Data Analyst, you will have an opportunity to:
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and inefficiencies in distribution operations
Development and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs critical to analysis of business performance
Conduct root cause analysis to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with logistics teams, warehouse managers, 3PL partners, and supply chain planners to improve distribution strategies.
Forecast demand and inventory levels to ensure product availability and minimize excess stock.
Use scenario modeling and predictive analytics to support strategic planning.
Recommend and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Monitor the effectiveness of implemented strategies and adjust based on performance data.
Present findings and actionable insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Support cross-functional teams with data-driven recommendations.
You have:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in logistics, distribution, or supply chain analytics.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or Python.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
You might have:
Experience with WMS, TMS, or ERP systems.

Pay Range:
Annual Salary: $55,000.00 - $78,000.00
