Temporary Contracts Data Analyst - 250308: N/A Description Job SummaryThe Temporary Contracts Data Analyst will play a key role in supporting IEEE's Conferences, Events, and Experiences (CEE) department through detailed contract data analysis and accurate, compliant payment processing. This highly collaborative role works closely with both the Contracts and Finance teams to ensure that all contractual commitments and financial obligations are accurately captured, tracked, and fulfilled on time. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and a deep commitment to accuracy and compliance. This position is integral to ensuring that all executed contracts and associated payments align with IEEE policies, financial standards, and tax regulations. The role reports to the Senior Manager, Event Vendor Management & Contracting, and does not manage direct reports. This position works under minimal supervision. Key ResponsibilitiesReview and analyze executed hotel contracts within IEEE's centralized contract management system (CMS).
